Collecting Results In-Person

Results will be available for collection at the academy between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 21st. pupils should make sure they arrive within this timeframe, as the school won't be able to distribute results outside of these hours.

Any results not collected by 11:00 AM will be posted to the pupil's home address in September once school reopens. This will be sent to the postal address the school currently has on file, so pupils should contact the school immediately if their address has changed.

Results will be issued from the conference room, located at the front of the school. Pupils should come through the main entrance, and staff will direct them from there.

Post-16 Destinations Form – A Quick Pre-Results Day Task!

Before receiving their results, pupils will need to complete a Post 16 Destinations form via Google Forms. To help the school get results to pupils quicker on the day, they should complete this form before Results Day if possible:

Alternative Collection/Delivery Options

If a pupil needs their results emailed to them or collected by someone else, and they haven't already informed the school, they should do so no later than Monday, August 4th. They can either use a consent form (if provided separately) or email the school at: noma-examresults2025@coopacademies.co.uk

Important Notes for Alternative Options:

• If someone else is collecting on a pupil's behalf, the collection consent form must be signed by the pupil (not a parent/carer) and returned to school.

• If a pupil is requesting results by email, it must come from their own personal email address, as they won't have access to their school emails on Results Day.

• Please note that emailed results will be sent after all in-person collections have taken place, so pupils should expect them after midday. The school will send them sooner if they can!

Official Certificates

Official examination certificates will arrive later in the autumn term. The academy will send more information closer to the time about how to collect them and details for the celebration evening.
