Extracurricular Fair Welcomes Years 7 and 8

Our annual Extracurricular Fair got underway at lunchtime on Thursday, 10th September. The event brought our years 7 and 8 together to explore the wide range of clubs and activities that they might take part in this academic year.
The fair offered something for everyone, with offerings to satisfy a diverse range of interests. The Lego Club was particularly popular with our inquisitive young minds. Aspiring master builders tested their design skills, and the limits of their imagination. Drama Club attracted a bustling crowd of budding performers, and the Football stall saw eager players queuing to sign up for the upcoming season.
Extracurricular activities are a vital part of life at our academy. They provide a supportive space where pupils can find their spark, make new friends
across year groups, and discover talents they never knew they had. We take immense pride in maintaining a packed and varied extracurricular calendar, and we strongly encourage every pupil to commit to at least one activity this term to enrich their school experience beyond the classroom.
We'd like to thank our dedicated staff and student helpers, who generously gave up their lunch hour to guide and encourage our younger pupils. Their support ensured every attendee felt welcomed and inspired to try something new. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Extracurricular Fair a success!
