Rewards Update: We’re in the Manchester Evening News!

At the end of Half Term, we always reflect on our biggest achievers; what they’ve achieved and what they’ve earned.

The buzz around rewards continues to grow as we stock more and more exciting items for our pupils to buy every Friday.

Thanks to a very generous donation from Panini, many of our pupils were thrilled to get their hands on official football sticker books and sticker packs. These proved to be a huge hit across the year groups! And that’s not all, the usual line up is still flying off the shelves. Pupils are using achievement points to buy themselves footballs, headphones, cosy blankets, alarm clocks, cuddly toys, and more!

In heartwarming rewards news, Year 7 pupil Adriano showed incredible generosity by saving up his hard-earned achievement points. Instead of spending them on himself, he used his rewards to buy a Barbie doll for his sister’s fifth birthday. His selfless gesture brought joy to his family and made us very proud.

A special mention to our Year 11 pupils, now at the half-way point in the GCSE exam season, who enjoyed hard-earned Friday treats using their tokens to buy chippy teas from the beloved Harry’s Chippy. It was a fantastic way to reward their dedication during a demanding chapter in their academic careers.

We’re incredibly proud of the pupils who put in the hard work every day, with outstanding attendance, attainment and behaviour. The press are taking note too, as an article in the MEN has applauded several Co-op Academies for using rewards systems to recognise excellent attendance. Co-op Academy North Manchester included!
